One to one therapeutic yoga and breath work.

Your personalised yoga programme takes place in the comfort of your home, in person or online. We will draw on poses, breath-work, meditation and yogic philosophy which is accessible and meaningful to you as an individual and specific to your needs. Together we will build a toolkit of practical, evidence-based techniques, to restore calm in the body and mind and to manage difficult thoughts and emotions.

I love to work with people to manage stress, anxiety and sleep problems, especially those who are new to yoga or skeptical about its benefits. Most of the people I work with are curious about exploring a holistic, whole-person approach to their health and wellbeing; returning to the body, quieting the mind, cultivating a more pleasurable emotional state and accessing a place of stillness and tranquility within.

I combine a heart-led and creative approach supported by the latest scientific research in physiology, psychology and neuroscience. I love to share elements of practice and philosophy that have been a healing key on my own journey including using breath to regulate the body’s stress response and navigate overwhelming experiences, embodiment practices to drop out of the head, breaking unhelpful cycles of worry and rumination, mindfulness practices to recognise and up-root unhelpful thought patterns and relearning relaxation for restoration, healing and to support healthy sleep patterns.
